Tony Finau is a man of many talents. From basketball to cooking, the world no.19 golfer has mastered everything. Finau is also widely known for his love for his family. His recent social media post from his father’s birthday celebration solidifies just that.

It was Tony’s father, Kelepi Finau’s 60th birthday, and the whole family decided to give him a surprise. All the Finau siblings and their spouses took time from their busy lives to celebrate their Kelepi’s birthday. Tony shared bits from their celebration on his Instagram.

His father means so much to Tony since he is the main reason for his career. The Finau Family’s financial condition wasn’t good when Tony was growing up. Therefore, when he and his elder brother began to show interest in golf, Kelepi had to build a makeshift practice center for the brothers. The current world no.19 also used to practice with used golf equipment.

Tony Finau and his family enjoyed their time in Inglewood, CA. 

From the photos and videos shared on social media, it seems that the Finau family took their father’s birthday as a way to celebrate their togetherness. 

The family did everything they could to enjoy the trip; they made Tik Tok videos, dined out together, and explored the Universal Studio. According to the ‘Team Finau’ Instagram profile, the older 7 siblings and their spouses were there for Kelepi’s birthday.

Although Tony was born in Utah, his father is a LA man. Hence, the family thought it would be great to celebrate his big day at the place he loves the most. The trip made them reminisce about old memories and create new ones.
