Scottie Scheffler: The world number one finished in tied sixth place in the Tour Championship. But in the Ryder Cup, the veteran was seen struggling with his gameplay. He also broke down after a record defeat in the Saturday foursomes.
Viktor Hovland: Viktor Hovland, the fourth-ranked player, played terrific this year at the Ryder Cup. The Tour Championship winner, as per reports, has declined the request to play in the TGL.

Brian Harman: The ninth-place holder on the OWGR won the last major of the PGA Tour, the Open Championship. He had been in good form for the large part of the season with seven top-ten finishes.
Jordan Spieth: While his best friend Justin Thomas will play in the league, the world number 13 will not be seen in action. The golfer didn’t have any triumphs throughout the season but had eight top-ten finishes.
Brooks Koepka: Brooks Koepka currently stands in the 17th position in the OWGR. He recently won the LIV event in Jeddah. And, altogether, he has had a great season, with the PGA Championship to his name and being the only LIV golfer to play in the Ryder Cup. But since he plays for LIV, it’s no surprise Koepka won’t be seen in action.
