Golf enthusiasts poured in lots of good wishes for the Fowler and they just did not stop at one.?Rickie Fowler is out there at the iconic Los Angeles Country Club, giving literally the best performance of his professional career. He started the 123rd US Open with the most historic opening round score in the 122 years of the prestigious tournament. He has been able to stay at the top of the leaderboard for three rounds of the tournament. Along with his stellar performance, the golfer is also showcasing at times why he is loved by fans as much as he is!

During his three rounds at the US Open, Fowler has showcased compassion for his fans. His empathy and love for his fans have not gone unnoticed by the golf world. Many media personalities have bestowed him on a high pedestal for being loving toward his fans.

A reporter with CBS, Kyle Porter, dedicated a post to the 34-year-old golfer for signing all of the little fans? memoirs even after a tiring day, even when it was turning dark at the LACC. Yet another golf reporter, Claire Rogers, praised him in a tweet and said that he is a very dedicated golfer towards his fans and just makes them happy with little things like clicking 15 pictures with them in order to get that one perfect picture.

It seems that the five-time PGA Tour winner is compassionate towards everyone he sees on the course, be it his fans, his team, or a standard bearer! The PGA Tour posted a video of Rickie Fowler interacting with the standard bearer after his round, and the interaction was super sweet!

He came walking towards the girl and handed her the golf ball! The standard bearer thanked him, and Fowler thanked her for rolling with him, and appreciated her efforts. He also handed one ball to a man standing beside her, and the man then wished him luck for Sunday. Fowler then asked them if there was anybody else on the team, and the girl said no, so he handed his extra ball to her, which left the happy fan confused but elated.
