Sorenstam, 52, has been away from the spotlight for quite some time now. But her records are great enough to keep her name fresh in the hearts of all her fans. As per her recent tweet, the golf star is making her way into the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open at Pebble Beach Golf Links scheduled for July 6-9. It has been possible through a special exemption for the 10-time major winner. Sorenstam already has 72 LPGA Tour victories registered in her name, however, she stepped off the field after 2008 to start her own family. And it was almost after a dozen years when she finally came back to the course in 2021 and made the cut at the Gainbridge LPGA event.
