The trophy for the Augusta National Women’s Amateur was introduced in the inaugural season in March. The inaugural ceremony for the silverware was done by the LPGA Tour Hall of Famer, Nancy Lopez, with that year’s participants, Maria Fassi and Sierra Brooks. The cup was made in collaboration with the jewelry masters at Tiffany & Co.

The upper part of the trophy, the bowl, and the neck are made up of a mixture of spun sterling silver with 24k yellow gold vermeil. From Tea Olive from East Asia to Holly at the 18th hole. The silver cup has beautiful designs of all the flowers in a ring that each hole at Augusta National represents.

Additionally, the cup stands on a base carved out of the Magnolia wood, which signifies the hardest hole 5, and the Magnolia Lane that leads up to the Augusta National Club House. The cup has been intricately made to represent everything it stands for, with the event’s name taking place in the middle of the cup.

This year as well, the trophy will be awarded to the champion and it will sit on a bouquet of white roses, white calla lilies, a few chrysanthemums, and other flowers until the winner is announced. With the trophy, the winner of ANWA will be lauded with privileges that will give a definite boost to their golfing career.
