2024 Texas Children’s Houston Open: How to Buy Tickets, Prices and More

The Texas Children’s Houston Open will return to the PGA Tour after not being in 2023 as the Tour went back to a calendar schedule. This year, the 144-field of the top-ranked players will be battling it at the par 70 Memorial Park Golf Course for the boastful prize purse of $9.1 million. With the Houston Open finding its place on the PGA Tour one more, the 2022 winner, Tony Finau will also be ready to defend his title.

However, there is a catch. The field is highlighted by the world no.1 golfer, Scottie Scheffler coming after taking back-to-back wins. So it will not be an easy task to keep the Dallas resident from taking third victory. Nonetheless, the event will be action-packed with a lot to uncover over the four days.

What are the general admission tickets priced at?

The Texas Children’s Houston Open will be starting on March 28th and eventually crown the 2024 champion on the 31st. If you’re planning to enjoy the event in person, there are several ways you can avail and elevate that experience. For the general admission/daily pass (all tickets can be purchased via the website of the Texas Children’s Houston Open) for Thursday and Sunday, tickets are sold at $45, whereas for round two (Friday) and round three (Saturday), they’re priced at $55.

Moreover, children aged 15 and under can enter the Memorial Park GC without any cost. Also, there are discounts for the Military and first responders. The Thursday daily pass will be offered with a 50% discount, while the daily tickets from Friday to Sunday will have a 25% discount for the Military and First Responders.

However, if you’re hoping to elevate your experience a tad bit more with drinks and food, the Texas Children’s Houston Open will have a special ticket called the Venue Hoppers. Through this ticket, the individual can access three unique venues, situated at three different greens, providing various benefits. For all three days, the tickets are priced at $149. You’ve got to be quick with these as the Saturday tickets are already sold out! The three different venus are listed below.

Venue Hoppers: All three venues will include, an all-inclusive food station, covering the expense of non-alcoholic beverages. the alcoholic drinks come with an additional charge.

  • Garrison Brothers Distillery – Par-3 9th Green
  • Flecha Azul Cantina – Par-3 15th Green
  • Michelob Ultra Club – Par-5 16th Green

Notably, the Houston Open will also offer many hospitality services for those seeking an exquisite experience at the Memorial Park GC and may come to watch the event with a long guest list.

Various hospitality services at the Houston Open

The Lexus Club 18 is located at the 18th hole and has an open lounge area, giving the spectator a panoramic view of the last and dramatic hole. The hospitality tickets are sold at $500. It has an inclusive continental breakfast and lunch, a premium bar, desserts, and afternoon snacks. The lounge will have flat-screen TVs for whatever purposes it can used for.

Coming to the par-4 17th hole, the Houston Open offers the hospitality package of Bayou Cabana. It is a drivable private suit that can accommodate a party of 24 or less. The suite will have access to a Bloody Mary bar, a continental breakfast on request, lunch, snacks, and a premium bar.

Moving two holes back, The Lounge at 14 and 15, as the name suggests looks over the 14th and the 15th holes. This is a newly introduced service at the Memorial Park GC and will come with all the services provided in the previous hospitality services. The venue, interestingly has a long in the back that connects the two holes and provides a casual sitting area for the audience.

Last but not least hospitality packed is the H-Town Villas. The elite suite is situated on the left of the 18th hole. The venue has tiered seating with a shaded lounge area for food and drinks.
