With the conclusion of an exciting Friday round at the 3M Open, the leaderboard saw significant shuffles. Jacob Bridgeman, who led after round one, dropped to a tie for third place. Meanwhile, the second round showcased thrilling performances from Taylor Pendrith and Matt NeSmith, who are now in the top two spots on the leaderboard.

Both Pendrith and  NeSmith shot an impressive 7-under 64 to jump 16 and 23 spots on the scoreboard, respectively.  Will the neck-and-neck battle continue in the Saturday round? Are the two also paired together for moving day? We have the answer, as the tee times for the third round have been released.

PGA Tour Communications took to their X handle to share the pairings for the penultimate round at TPC Twin Cities. The round will begin with the trio of Pierceson Coody, Trace Crowe, and MJ Daffue teeing off at 7:50 am ET and will conclude with the grouping of Taylor Pendrith, Matt NeSmith, and Andrew Putnam.

A few pros to watch out for include Akshay Bhatia, who finished inside the top 5 in the Travelers Championship and the Rocket Mortgage Classic a few weeks earlier. Another notable player is Neal Shipley, who has been garnering praise for his 2024 achievements, most notably winning the Low Amateur honors in both the Masters and the US Open.

How to witness the magic of the 3M Open from your home

If you are a fan of watching tournaments on TV, then the Golf Channel, NBC, and CBS will be your reliable sources for the weekend rounds. For Saturday, Golf Channel will televise the round from 1 to 3 p.m. ET and NBC will do the same from 3 to 6 p.m. ET. CBS will also provide coverage of the weekend rounds from 3 to 6 p.m. ET.  Coming to the final round of the 3M Open, from TV schedule to broadcasting, everything is going to be the same.

However, if you want to watch these rounds via live streaming, then Peacock and ESPN+ are your go-to services. Peacock will live-stream both rounds from 1 to 6 p.m. ET, while ESPN+ will take charge of live-streaming from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
