Knowing who LIV Golf is poaching next is always a hot debate among the fans. With Jon Rahm shifting over to the Saudi-backed league, the debate about his team and Legion XIII’s members also began. At one point, Xander Schauffele, Viktor Hovland, and Tony Finau were also touted to move leagues, but they doused all fires for it. The most recent rumors were about Wyndham Clark joining Rahm’s team, but they soon crumbled! However, there is the latest update about the new LIV golfers joining the league!

As the recent speculations are to be believed, the Saudi-funded league has poached two players for the Cleeks and the Spaniard’s Legion XIII. Although there is no revelation about who the new LIV Golf members are, Naturally, the golf fans have started wondering and are guessing their share of picks!

As of now, there are 13 teams in LIV Golf and 7 open-player spots. Among these spots, Jinichiro Kozuma is expected to move to Iron Heads GC, and European golfer Kalle Samooja to the Cleeks GC. Furthermore, Zimbabwean golfer Keiran Vincent will also most likely join Legion XIII.

For the remaining spots, Lucas Herbert is bound to move to Ripper, and Caleb Surratt is expected to join Legion XIII. This leaves both the Cleeks and Legion XIII with one empty spot. Earlier, it was speculated that reserve or open zone players from last season would be filling this spot. But with two new players joining LIV, they are viable to fill these spots.

The post garnered a lot of attention on social media, and fans had the wildest guesses and theories for their picks. Let us dive deeper to see what fans think about who could be the newest LIV Golf members.

While who the two new players are in LIV Golf is yet to be announced, there is a high chance one of them is European and going to the Cleeks. Martin Kaymer also confirmed that the Saudi-backed league is set to add another European star to its roster. And Polish golfer Adrian Meronk is emerging as a prime choice among fans.

Another fan also supported the Meronk theory, while cheekily stating he has given up on guessing for Legion XIII with their erratic signings.

While Meronk is a prime candidate, a fan thought that Ryan Fox could also transition towards LIV Golf.

However, a fan had some wild speculations. They guessed English golfer Tyrrell Hatton and amateur golfer Nick Dunlap will be moving to LIV! If that happens it will be a big blow to the PGA Tour.

But one fan took a wild shot and probably hysterically claimed, Viktor Hovland or Rory McIlroy are moving to LIV! However, it looks highly unlikely as of now.
