A similar event took place in the British Open when the player was peacefully focusing on his game. But as mentioned earlier, situations can be testy. Mickelson’s encounter with a cameraman, when he clicked a picture at the wrong time, turned into a scene on the field.

The photographer “triggered” Phil Mickelson leading to a confrontation

Mickelson was on the final hole and was stressed about the tough second shot ahead of him. The conditions on the field were not comfortable at all; it was raining. He was all set to finally hit the ball, and as soon as he swung the club back, he heard shutter sounds from cameramen nearby.
