It is obvious that his workout routine is something people want in on. Recently, he shared a series of his workout routine. Fans responded with gratitude and appreciation to the same. Phil wrote, “Parts 3, 4, and 5 of Phil Kwan Do calve. You’ve mastered the point and pull, now let’s get it to the finish line. #CalvesLikeAdonis #PhilKwanDoCalves”
He demonstrated 3 parts of his workout. These were to train calves like Adonis, according to Mickelson. After the workout, the pro golfer ended it by saying, “You’re welcome.”

“I’m trying to use my mind like a muscle,” said Phil
Phil has also shared his tack on increasing focus during the game. He shared ways one can train their mind. The World renowned pro-golfer also admitted how it gets more difficult to train your mind after you cross a particular age as time progresses.

Mickelson said, “As I’ve gotten older, it’s been more difficult for me to maintain a sharp focus, a good visualization, and see the shot.”
As a matter of fact, Phil did not stop working out and keeping a healthy diet. He also very rightly involved his mind. Phil’s attempts at leading a healthy lifestyle and managing himself as he ages are commendable. They are not only insightful but also inspirational to fans around the world.
