After being away for months, PGA Tour legend Tiger Woods was finally back on the course. However, Woods’ comeback was extra special, as his son Charlie was on the course with him. The father-son duo appeared at the PNC Championship this year, finishing second to John Daly.

Charlie, who is not even 15 yet, has decided to follow in his father’s footsteps. The young star has gained enough attention as Woods’ son, many hoping for a solid future in golf.

To his credit, 12-year-old Charlie Woods might have his reactions and vibe sorted already.

Even if Charlie and Woods did not win, the pair created quite the impact. Little Charlie Woods was indeed praised online, both because of his father and own game place.

On one putt, might remain more memorable than the others. In a short clip shared online, we see Charlie make the putt, and then move aside while raising his arms in the air. While Charlie’s confidence is commendable, one can also focus on Woods’ face, beyond proud of the son who has decided to follow his footsteps.

The comments on this one were mostly positive, fans all happy to see Woods back and healthy. Charlie’s reaction was doted on, many loving his way of responding. To most, Charlie makes good on following his father and becoming a PGA Tour great. That being said, Charlie is just 12 and has a long way to go before the PGA Tour.

Woods advises Charlie!

With the two playing a big event, Woods certainly had some invaluable advice for his adolescent son. “I said, ‘Son, I don’t care how mad you get. Your head could blow off for all I care just as long as you’re 100 percent committed to the next shot,” Woods said. “That’s all that matters. That next shot should be the most important shot in your life. It should be more important than breathing.” 

Once Charlie understood that Woods believes his son would get better. In the end, Woods admitted that he has seen Charlie’s game improve over the summer.
