Vijay Singh is hitting the gym hard. He is working out and performing various core-related exercises, trying to improve his game and ball striking.

Vijay Singh is also known as “The Big Fijian.” He turned pro in 1982 and joined the PGA Tour in 1983. Vijay has won 34 PGA Tour titles and three major championships, one Masters tournament and two PGA Championships. He is playing on the PGA Tour of Champions.

A major part of Vijay’s success in hitting consistent shots and long drives is his workout routine. Apart from helping to hit longer drives, it helps the players to become fit. Working out is very important in order to remain physically fit throughout the whole season. Playing four rounds every single week for the whole season takes a toll on the body and requires one to be as fit as they can be.

In the video, Vijay is seen sweating it before the season starts. The off-season is very crucial as it helps the tour professionals with recovery. Vijay is doing some upper and lower body exercises, which will help him to generate more power from his legs. He is also doing rotation-related exercises which can help with movement when swinging the club.

Bryson wanted to get bulky

Bryson DeChambeau is one of the few golfers who have undergone a major physical transformation. He said, “Usually when ligaments get torn or bones get broken or whatever it’s because the muscles aren’t functioning properly, so that’s what I’ve been doing.”

The physical transformation has helped Bryson to hit the ball long and as a result, he is the longest hitter on the tour, with an average driving distance of 323.7 yards.
