Spiranac was in a relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Steven Tinoco, who was a personal trainer and a Minor League Baseball player. The golfer even got engaged to Tinoco in the same year.

A fan once tweeted a picture of Spiranac alongside Belgian professional golfer, Thomas Pieters, stating a rumor about them. He wrote, “rumors claim that (Paige Spiranac) is playing the Scottish Open next week to be able to meet (Thomas Pieters) Monday”. In response to the rumor, Spiranac said, “so many rumors haha. I don’t think my boyfriend would like that especially since he’s coming with me haha”.

She said, “Honestly LIV golf allowing the guys to wear shorts is cool. Hope the PGA Tour does the same.” Spiranac’s statement was proof that she isn’t completely against the LIV Golf league and thinks that some of their decisions make sense.
