Rickie Fowler has not had the best seasons in the last couple of years. His career has reached an all-time low with the lone exception of his victory at the Waste Management Phoenix Open in 2019. Since then, he has even made a couple of changes in his game to produce results, but to no avail.
However, the 32-year-old is looking for a fresh start with the start of the new season of the PGA Tour. In one of his best performances in very long, he wrapped up a T-3 at the CJ Cup earlier this year. He finished behind Rory McIlroy, who is also picking up his game after a long drought of nearly two years. Rising star Collin Morikawa finished second.

The 5-time winner on the PGA Tour is all set to play at this exotic location on the 15th anniversary of the event. The official Twitter handle of the event confirmed his participation.
As opposed to the field in Bermuda this week, Mexico will witness a lot of top players in action. In fact, 11 of the top-20 players from the OWGR rankings will be contesting for the title! Some of them include Brooks Koepka, Scottie Scheffler, Shane Lowry, Justin Thomas, and Graeme McDowell. Even 2020 defending champion Viktor Hovland will be in attendance.
No doubt Rickie Fowler will try to break his dry spell and if not win, at least solidify his newfound motivation. What do you think Fowler is capable of?
