The Kordas’ dad, Petr, was a professional tennis player and emerged victorious in the 1998 Australian Open tennis tournament. Their mom, Regina Rajchrtova, was also a professional tennis player and played tennis at the 1988 Seoul Olympics for Czechoslovakia.

The elder sibling, Jessica Korda

Starting with the most older one, Jessica Korda, a 31-year-old professional golfer. She was born on February 27th, 1993, in Bradenton, Florida. The 31-year-old pro competes on the LPGA Tour and has secured six victories to date, along with a commendable amateur career. Eldest Korda sister represented the United States on the Junior Solheim Cup and Curtis Cup Teams in 2009 and 2010, respectively.

She emerged victorious at the 2010 South Atlantic Amateur and was a runner-up at the 2010 U.S. Women’s Amateur. At the age of 17, she secured a full membership through the LPGA Tour Qualifying School in the fall of 2010.

Korda commenced her professional career at the age of 18 in 2011, participating in 15 events during her rookie year. Her best finish was a tie for 19th at the Avnet LPGA Classic. During the 2012 season, she secured her first professional win at the Women’s Australian Open. Following that, Korda also won the Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic in January 2014.

The 31-year-old got married to Johnny DelPrete in 2021. In 2023, she announced on May 28, she will stop playing indefinitely to rehab her back injury that has been troubling her. In August, she shared with the world that she was expecting her first child. On February 3, 2024, she welcomed her son, Greyson John DelPrete making her the first mother of the 2024 LPGA season.

Nelly Korda, the second sister

Following Jessica Korda comes Nelly Korda, who is 25- years -old and was born on July 28, 1998. The 25-year-old has ten victories on the LPGA Tour and has also reached number one in the Women’s World Golf Rankings multiple times in her career. She is well known for her bubbly nature and likes to post her achievements and personal whereabouts on her Instagram, which has 800k+ followers. The fans love her for her natural charisma, and her child-like persona.

After starting her professional career with the LPGA Tour, she emerged victorious at the Swinging Skirts LPGA Taiwan Championship in Taoyuan marking it as her first victory on the Tour. Her winning streak didn’t stop in the following years, where she was runner-up at the CME Group Tour Championship, followed by the victory of the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open on February 17, 2019.

In 2021, she got her first major win and the Olympic gold, which helped her get the number one ranking in the world. 2023 marked the first year of Nelly Korda’s career since her rookie status that she had gone winless for the entire LPGA Tour season. She came back stronger in the 2024 season, and won two events; LPGA Drive On Championship and Fir Hills Seri Pak Championship.

Sebastian Korda, the youngest brother

The youngest of the Korda siblings, Sebastian Korda, has inherited the passion of both parents. Born on July 5, 2000, Sebastian is a 23-year-old professional tennis player. He used to play competitive junior ice hockey from the age of 3 but things changed after he visited the 2009 US Open with his father. At the age of only 9 years, Sebastian developed a passion for tennis. Interestingly, he also competed and won a golf tournament in Prague when he was 11 years old. In 2018, Sebastian made his debut in professional tennis and has continued his profession to date.
