Who Is Caroline Campbell?

Burns is a famous public figure; meanwhile, his wife likes to keep her life personal with a private Instagram account that only has 2700 followers. Caroline Campbell is 26 years old and was born on April 8, 1996, in Louisiana. She and Sam have known each other since childhood, and they grew up together in Shreveport. Despite being in the same city, they graduated from different schools.

Campbell completed her schooling at C.E. Byrd High School. Meanwhile, Burns graduated from Calvary Baptist Academy. Campbell has two brothers, and they also graduated from the same school as her.

Campbell pursued her degree at Louisiana State University, where she was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and engaged in Greek life activities. She also served as a marketing coordinator at Cyber Fision and, an intern at Southern ICEE. Later, she moved to a marketing intern role for Gremillion & Pou Integrated Marketing, as confirmed on her LinkedIn profile. As far as their romantic relationship goes, Burns and Campbell started dating when they both attended the same college. After seeing each other for four years, they got engaged in April 2019. They had a unique engagement story as the PGA Tour pro proposed to his partner during a golf tournament. While they were on their way to dinner at the RBC Heritage tournament, Burns popped the question to Campbell, and “she said yes,” the golfer captioned his Instagram post.

A few months after the engagement, Burns “Married the woman” of his dreams, and the couple “couldn’t be happier!” The golfer shared a few glimpses of his wedding on his social media.

Even during challenging times, the couple has consistently shown support for one another. In 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, a mutual friend reached out to Campbell to get Burns’s support for the Baton Rouge-based non-profit foundation, Feeding Louisiana. The 27-year-old was there to support them without a second thought.

Campbell was also involved in charity work for years, including raising funds for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital during her time with Delta. Even though she isn’t widely known, Campbell is always ready beside Burns to navigate every challenge they encounter in their lives.

Both of them are fully committed to Louisiana since they were raised in Shreveport and completed their education at LSU within the state. Burns “always loved the small-town feeling,” he told the PGA Tour in 2018, and due to the same reason, they have decided to live in a small village within the state, which is estimated to have fewer than a thousand residents.
