Naturally, congratulations poured in for the couple, who had been dating for a long time before deciding to tie the knot. How did the lovely couple meet?

As per reports, Zalatoris played golf while attending college at North Carolina’s Wake Forest University. Sellers was apparently also going to the same school. While an exact date is unsure, the couple seems to be together since 2018 December — based on a photo of the young icon posted on Instagram.

Did the two complete college?

Zalatoris turned professional in 2018, also missing senior year.

Sellers, however, ended up attending her senior year and graduated from Wake Forest. She even attended the University of Texas later, where she earned her Master’s degree. The ever-supportive Zalatoris congratulated her on Instagram, even mentioning (jokingly) that the two would now have two degrees with them.

“Now I can say between the two of us we have two degrees,” he wrote. “Promise I’ll be the one to get the third. Way to go on getting your Masters from UT today. So proud of you. I know how hard you’ve worked.”

Sellers ended up replying to his message, thanking the San Francisco native for keeping her sane. According to reports, Sellers completed her Master’s degree in Marketing.

Is Sellers a private person?

Sellers can be seen as a rather private person. Over the years, Zalatoris has often posted about her on Instagram, which is a source of information for many fans eager to know more about Sellers.

Sellers has also been spotted at PGA Tour events, cheering for Zalatoris. One example is the TPC Colorado Championship – where Zalatoris emerged victorious. It is not uncommon for partners to cheer on at events, Sellers probably being one of the most low-profile ones out there.

Sellers also apparently works as a marketing analyst in Texas. That being said, one must respect the privacy of someone, especially celebrities, trying to keep a low profile.
