John Daly announces special appearance at an upcoming event

Though the bad boy of golf has previously skipped some golf tournaments to give himself some time to revive, he is hardly the one to keep still. Beyond golf, Daly has been involved in other activities that keep the fans happy and keeps him entertained as well. Giving his fans another treat, he is all set to meet them personally at an upcoming special meet and greet event.

Daly, who is the face of the alcohol brand, Good Boy Vodka, will be meeting fans at a festival arranged by them. He is a special guest at the ‘Free Chicken & Beer Festival’ event which will be held at Otsego Resort, Gaylord Michigan on August 28. During the event, a match will be played at the 18 holes at Otsego Resort in the morning which will have the format of a 2Man Scramble Team. The game will be followed by a meet & greet with John Daly and another star.

Besides Daly, another guest at the festival will be actor Christopher McDonald. The event will also have Live Art & Speed Painting sessions and Helicopter tours. Daly is also promoting the event on his social media. He posted a video in his Instagram stories which was captioned, “Hey everyone, it’s John Daly here. Very excited about coming to Gaylord, Michigan on Aug, 28 to hang out at the Free Chicken and beer festival.”

He requested his fans to register on the event’s website to get a chance to meet him. To amuse his fans, Daly will also play on the 9th green. Daly always comes up with fun ways to interact with his fans. This is one of the many curricular activities that he invests in to entertain fans. He made a similar activity some days ago.

Daly will be a musical performer at the Sanford International

A few days ago, the golf underdog was announced to be showcasing his musical talent to his fans soon enough. The Sanford International event, which is scheduled for September, will be hosting a musical performance in the evening for fans and players. Music guest Jake Owen, will be performing at the event. But besides Owen, Daly has also been announced to make the opening performance. Daly who already has three albums credited to his name, will be performing at Sanford Pentagon on the opening night.

This year Daly has participated in only a handful of tournaments. Last he performed was at the Open Championship where he missed the cut. With his health better now fans would love to see more of him on the course.
