In 2020, Harrington challenged MCU’s second-best golfer Tom Holland that if he could land a drive from the deck onto the green, he would be considered for the 2020 Ryder Cup Team Europe.

Unfortunately, Tom’s dream of making it to the Ryder Cup came to a halt when his ball landed in the bunker. Adding insult to injury, his next shot out of the bunker landed in a water body. Frustrated, he took a walk out of the bunker, after which he interacted with some fans and walked out into the dark underpass with Harrington.

The pair recently reunited at the BMWPGA Rolex Series practice range. Harrington sported a pink T-shirt, blue shorts, and a knee pad on his left knee, holding a driver in hand, while Tom Holland wore a white T-shirt and gray pants. They reminisced about the day when the challenge was given to Holland!

Harrington offered some words of encouragement, saying, “Whenever you get nervous playing golf again, just keep posting that video.” Holland responded modestly, saying, “That’s all I’ve got. That video has haunted me because everyone thinks I’m far better than I am.”
