Jack Nicklaus loses critical rights in the legal battle with Nicklaus Companies

Nicklaus took his love for the golf course beyond just playing on the green. Nicklaus owns a golf course design business and has been involved in designing numerous courses internationally. But this has caused him legal pains lately. In 2022, the 18-time major winner was sued by Nicklaus Companies for claiming rights over his company Nicklaus Companies that also prevented him from using his own name, image, and likeness for commercial purposes in the future.
