People who end up finding true love are extremely lucky, and Justin Thomas happens to be one of them. He has been together with his partner, Jillian Wisniewski for around 8 years. How long has the couple been together?

JT met his wife Jillian through some mutual friends. She went to a college in Kentucky with Thomas’ friends. The couple announced their engagement in November 2021 after dating for 5 years. The duo met in 2016. The news of their engagement did not surprise the fans as the two has been dating for a long period of time. The golfer revealed his engagement to Wisniewski in the No Laying Up podcast in 2021. 

Jillian Wisniewski’s educational background and career

Just like Thomas, she is also from Kentucky. The golfer’s wife received her B.A. in Journalism degree from the University of Kentucky in 2015. At university, she was part of the sorority, Phi Beta Phi which she joined sometime after her freshman year. She was also a producer for UK Student Radio Morning Show at her university. Jillian then worked as a reporter, producer, anchor/co-anchor, and writer at UK Student News Network.

Months After His Marriage, Justin Thomas Takes the Help of Jessica Korda’s Husband Over $3,500,000 Listing

Jillian has been working in a Chicago-based advertising agency, McGarry Bowen, for almost 8 years now. Her journey at McGarry Bowen began in 2014 when she worked as an associate broadcast production Intern there. She joined the agency after she graduated from the University. She now works as a senior business manager at the agency. 

The couple parent a furry  friend

The two do not have any kids together at the moment, but they do have an adorable dog that they are raising. Their four-legged friend is named Franklin. Franklin is often seen in many Instagram posts of the golfer. The two love their black and white furry kid a lot. Thomas also once shared that he is extremely lucky to be loved by Franklin as his love is utterly selfless.   

Wisniewski almost missed one of the most crucial moments of Justin Thomas’ career 

The 2-time PGA Championship winner has called his wife his biggest support system. He shared with People in 2022 about the emotional and mental hardships he went through in 2021, and how his wife was a constant support to him. 

Despite being a strong pillar of his life, she almost missed his first-ever major, PGA Championship win back in 2017. She was supposed to be on a later flight but he asked him to move his flight and reach Quail Hollow on time because he was sure he was going to win. “I truly felt like I was going to win. I remember my girlfriend was supposed to fly out at about 7 pm and I was like, you need to change your flight. I just feel like I don’t want you to miss this. I feel like I’m going to get it done.” 

For his 2022 PGA Championship victory, Jillian was already present at Southern Hills to support him and see him win.

The two tied the knot in a private and phone-free ceremony in Tennessee in November 2022; almost 1 year after announcing their engagement. The couple wanted their guests to be in the moment and enjoy the wedding day to the fullest, hence they decided to ban mobile phones at their wedding. 

The 2017 FedEx Champion was more than happy to let his wife take the lead in the wedding planning. He revealed this in his interview with People. “As I’ve learned from a lot of my good friends, I’m doing a great job as I’m getting out of the way, letting Jill do her thing.”

The ceremony was conducted by Jason Kennedy, a close friend of the couple. He also shared a carousel of beautiful pictures of the wedding in February. Jordan Spieth, Thomas’ fellow golfer, and friend, was the best man at the wedding. The couple looked stunning together; Thomas in his grey suit and Jillian in her breathtaking white bridal dress.
