A look at Roethlisberger’s NFL career
Roethlisberger has played 18 NFL seasons, throwing 63,844 yards, along with 417 passing TDs. He was even awarded the 2004 Rookie of the Year, winning two Super Bowls with the team.
The six-time Pro Bowler released a statement via his company BigBen7.com, which thanked everyone for sending him support and love for the Steelers game against the Cleveland Brown. Steelers won 26-14, Roethlisberger scoring one TD. He has apparently been considering retirement for long, and might not return to the league once he is a free agent.
