Fans are still awaiting the release of the next Halo edition known as Halo Infinite. Originally both Xbox and 343 Industries planned on releasing the game alongside the next-gen Microsoft consoles Xbox Series X and S. However, they announced a delay in the launch of the game. Since then, 343 Industries has shifted the tentative release of the sixth major edition of Halo to the year 2021.
On the content front, fans don’t have more than a few teasers and trailers. They are deeply disappointed by the lack of updates since Halo was one the biggest reason many fans, including popular streamer SypherPK, planned on buying the Xbox. 343 Industries probably anticipated this and therefore have released a behind-the-scenes clip of audio engineers working on the project.

The audio engineers actually recorded the weapon sounds in different environments. They went to a firing range to record the basic sounds. However, they also recorded samples in residential areas and the city. This will make the weapon sounds much more realistic in the game and will match the surroundings of the players.

The amount of work put behind these little details is what makes games like Halo so popular. Coupled with the next-gen Xbox’s powerful capabilities, Halo will pack a huge punch with fans.
