“Happy to Forward Them”: Roger Federer Yet to Decide Upon Family Planning

The whole world is waiting for Roger Federer to return. He is undoubtedly one of the best to have ever stepped on the court. The 39-year-old is currently working with physios and training under coach Severin Luthi. In a recent interview, Federer talked about his post-retirement plans.
Roger clearly said that he had planned nothing yet. To this, the interviewer got a little surprised and asked,” Not even the family? Or is your planning completed there?”
“Good question!” began a cheerful Federer. “I will be happy to forward them. It is definitely a good thing if you ask again every few years,” said Federer and started laughing.

It is quite evident that Federer is yet to make a call on family planning. Fans last saw him at the Australian Open 2020, where he lost to Novak Djokovic in the semi-finals. Then, he couldn’t play at the US Open 2020 and the French Open 2020 due to a knee injury. He has undergone 2 knee surgeries till now and hopes to make a comeback in 2021.

Federer is married to Mirka Federer, who is also a former professional tennis player. The couple got married in 2009. In the same year, Federer became the father of 2 identical twin girls. In 2014, God again blessed the couple with a pair of identical twin boys.
