The Croatian recently set up his own management agency called “LJ Sports Group” with Matteo Berrettini being his first high profile signing.

Ljubicic holds the Italian in high regard. He said,

Matteo is an exceptional guy, as well as a great player. For me Berrettini has the potential of a Grand Slam victory, as well as a modern tennis that can still be improved”.

Matteo Berrettini Growing Faster than Ever

Having made his debut in 2017, the 6ft 5 inch Italian has grown at a very fast pace. He won his first ATP title at Swiss Open Gstaad in the following year 2018.

The year 2019 was the most successful year for the big guy, as he managed to crack into the top 10. He also ended up playing the ATP World Finals that year. With impressive achievements in such a short time, the young man surely has a bright future ahead.

Ljubicic goes on to add, “The really interesting thing is that Matteo was born on clay and then got the best results on concrete. An atypical ripening with great prospects, with gigantic growth margins on both surfaces.”
