Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev recently appeared on Tennis United with many other players. In the talk, Daniil revealed that Andrey is often confused with another NextGen player – Jannik Sinner and he does not like being confused with him. Medvedev also revealed an incident regarding this as he said,

“Andrey always gets angry when he is called Jannik, because he looks like Sinner a bit (because of hair). During the US Open, when I said to him ‘hey, Jannik! how are you?’, he got angry and went away, then came back 10 minutes later, and said ‘you’re Davydenko!!’.”

They are finally going to play professional tennis again after a long time as the ATP Tour released a new schedule for a lot of events. And this schedule is a very grueling one.

There are going to be events played almost every single week and the 2 Grand Slams – The US Open and the French Open are going to be played in almost the same month. In addition to all of this, the expectations are very high for Daniil and Andrey as they are NextGen players.
