After a few years of sporadic activity, he returned to the Octagon for the first time since being submitted by Khabib Nurmagomedov. He won his fight with an impressive knockout over Donald Cerrone. After the fight, the ‘Notorious’ posted an image on Instagram. Here he credited ‘The Ice Man’ for inspiring him to chase his fighting dreams.
