Colby Covington is similar to any of us right now. The UFC fighter is stuck at home and shares his views on quarantine. He says he is aware of what he’s touching and how he washes his hands. He says he has become more aware of what he is doing. In a chat with MMA Fighting’s Mike Heck ‘Chaos’ took shots at former friend Jorge Masvidal.

“Masvidal priced himself out of the fight”– Colby Covington

Chaos’ penchant for trash-talking hasn’t dissipated as he positioned himself as the UFC’s savior. He believes the Masvidal-Usman fight should have been made official a while ago. This isn’t the first time he has taken shots at ‘Gamebred’ pricing himself out of the Usman fight. Late last month ‘Chaos’ said, “He thinks he deserves Conor money- he doesn’t deserve Conor money and he’s not a Conor-level fighter.”

This time Chaos said, And once journeyman Judas street Masvidal priced himself out of the fight. Colby ‘Chaos’ Covington is going to come and save the day for the people and save the day for the UFC.”

Chaos faced ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ for the Welterweight Title at UFC 245 losing via TKO in the 5th round. In the chat, he took the opportunity to let fans know that he wasn’t at a hundred percent in the build-up to and on fight night and wants another crack at Usman at a hundred percent.

This is because he believes that it is the only fight that makes sense for the Welterweight Champion.

“Marty fakenewsman will get blown out of the water and I will get my title back and he’s got nowhere to hide man. There’s no other fight that makes sense in the division right now.”

Based on the rankings, Masvidal seems set to challenge for the title next. Both fighters have said that they want the bout. However, the fight between the two isn’t official as of this moment.

Will the BMF respond to ‘Chaos?’ He doesn’t seem to be too bothered by Dan Lambert’s “No Trash Talking” policy. ‘Gamebred’ hit out at Colby last month. A fight between these two would be very interesting indeed.
