The wait is almost over for fans of the iconic stealth-action franchise, Hitman 3. The third installment of the World of Assassins series, which will see the culmination of the story of Agent 47, is all set to release on the 20th of this month.

Recently, the game unveiled the first look of the VR version of the trilogy. Now, players will be able to become a part of Agent 47’s world and fully immerse themselves in his missions. The description reads,

HITMAN 3 takes immersion to the next level with PSVR. HITMAN has always been about immersing yourself in a living, breathing world. A world filled to the brim with interesting characters, secrets, and opportunities. But you’ve never experienced it like this.

The entire trilogy will be coming to VR with the release of Hitman 3

IO Interactive revealed back in August last year that the entire trilogy will be available in VR with the release of the third installment. However, in order to play the series in VR, one has to buy the PS4 version of the game. The new-gen console can currently only run the previous-gen version of the title in VR through backward compatibility.

Those who purchase the digital copy of the PS4 version of the game will get a free upgrade to the PS5 version later on. However, this feature will not be available for fans who have bought the physical copies of the same.

As far as the gameplay is concerned, the VR version of the titles will have all the signature moves of the iconic assassin. Players will have the option of going out with all guns blazing or stealthily finishing their prey with no witnesses.

Undoubtedly, the VR version of Hitman 3 will make the gameplay experience of this iconic title reach new heights!
