How to Watch the 2023 Walmart NW Arkansas Championship: TV Schedule, Ticket Pricing, and More

Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G is an annual event on the LPGA Tour in Arkansas, Fayetteville. They have held the event for the last 16 years in Pinnacle Country Club. The event is scheduled from September 23 to October 1, 2023. The tournament will follow a three-day, 54-hole stroke play format which has a purse of $2.3 million. 

The event is filled with fun activities, food festivals, Yoga classes, marathons and so much more. But how can you become a part of it? Here’s all in one guide!

From 23rd September to 1st October, the championship will involve nine days of fun, including the last three days of competition from September 29th to 1st October. Golf Channel Coverage will televise it live from 1:00 to 4:00 pm Central time. 

There are three different types of tickets. The general tickets, daily and weekly, are $10 and $25, respectively. The tickets are valid for any one day and they will grant access to tournament grounds, a variety of affordable food and beverages, viewing areas, and more. With the championship, there is a food festival that the LPGA holds. It is called BITE Experience. The festival highlights 30 different locally-owned restaurants and brands. The ticket for BITE is $45 from Friday to Sunday.

Featuring a lively atmosphere at hole 15, the Choctaw Club is there to serve you. The entry is priced at $75, including board games, photo opportunities, and more. Military personnel and first responders can enter for free with one family member, and children seventeen and under can also attend without charge.

Schedule of events:

Monday: Closed to the public, Qualifier tournament, Yoga for kids by Dove

Tuesday: Admission gates open to the public

Wednesday/Thursday: Official Pro-Am Day 1 /Day 2, Tee Times: 7:00-9:00 a.m, 12:00-2:00 p.m

Friday-Sunday: Three rounds on each day of the tournament

What are the fun fan experiences?

The tournament started on the 23rd of September, and the championship had 5K and 1K runs for all ages. The participation started in mid-July, priced at only $20. But if you’ve missed the race, there is still so much more to unpack!

The last three days are reserved for the competitive golf event. And before that, you’ll find a variety of fun activities. The NW Arkansas Championship has organized a week of fun activities in September, including two-day yoga classes for all ages, #playyellow Sunday, a junior golf match sponsored by Fassi’s friend, and bike rides to the tournament.

For onsite concession on foods and beverages, there is Tyson Cafe near holes 3,15 and around the main entrance. There are also free public viewing decks, on a first come first serve basis. The decks are located in holes 1, 16, 17, and 18. Near hole 17 is the loudest area of the tournament. The fans are allowed to cheer as loudly as they want to and they may get a Gatorade gear. Walmart and P&G Kids Confidence Club Fun for All Ages at the championship is for healthy snacks, games, and fun activities. It is free and open from Friday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
