Manchester United have reportedly, set their sights on Tottenham Hotspur goalkie and French international Hugo Lloris.

With David DeGea set to leave this summer for Real Madrid, the 28 year old Frenchman has emerged as a replacement for the outgoing Spaniard. According to various sources the “verbal agreement” between the player and the club is done and only a deal has to be finalised with Tottenham Hotspurs demanding fee around 25m.

The 28 year old “shotstopper” is widely, recognised as “one of the best”goalkeepers in the EPL and in world, the player moved to the London based club from Lyon and since has been one of the consistent and important player in the team, the player has 2 years left in his contract, and has given some hints of moving out of club and also expressed his fruststion of not getting to play “Champions League”football.

This season he has been tremendous for Spurs, and pretty much like David DeGea,he has been key for the club and emerged as leader in front of an inexperienced and an weak defensive cover,he made some important saves throughout the season notably against rivals Chelsea and Arsenal, however highlights of this season has been his performance against Manchester United it seemed like nothing could go past him that night, with as many as 8 amazing saves made in the first half of the match, and helped his side take a point away which doesn’t really highlight his performance that day.
