UFC 241: Paulo Costa says “I can Kill Adesanya, he doesn’t have a chance” after his win over Adesanya

Paulo Costa defeated one of the toughest middleweight in UFC history, Yoel Romero in UFC 241. It was a war in which two men gave all they had. But in the end, Costa did enough to impress the judges and got the most important victory in his fighting career in UFC 241.

During the ceremonial weigh-in, Paulo Costa did say that he will be in Melbourne in the first row to watch Israel vs Whittaker. So we knew that Paulo was aiming for the title coming up to fight Romero. And he just confirmed it in his post-fight interview. Costa said that the fight with Adesanya will be personal since Adesanya has talked trash about Costa after his fight with Uriah Hall.

Israel Adesanya will be fighting the middleweight champion Robbert Whittaker in the main event of UFC 243. If Israel wins then he already has one opponent ahead of him as Paulo Costa. And with the performance that Costa put tonight in UFC 241, he will for sure be a handful for both Adesanya and Whittaker.

Talking about Adesanya Paulo Costa said that Adesanya is skinny and he doesn’t stand a chance against him. Costa also said that he will kill Adesanya if he fights him.

Adesanya has been on a winning streak in the middleweight division and he is one of the biggest stars in UFC now. With a win over Whittaker, he may go ahead and fight Jon Jones.
