Jon Jones hit the news again last month. The UFC Light Heavyweight Champion was found driving while intoxicated. ‘Bones’ managed to get out of jail time and is self-isolating due to the Coronavirus pandemic. He took to Twitter to wish his followers for Easter. However, some of them were not in a mood to let Jones forget about the incident.

Jon Jones replies to fans on Twitter

One fan tweeted about how Bones has talent everyone else aspires to have. The tweet also urged him to not “f*** it up.” ‘Bones’ reply indicated that he was extremely confused.

Another user saw ‘Bones’ replying and jumped on the bandwagon. He informed ‘Bones’, “He is obviously referring to your fights and not choices outside of MMA.”

The 32-year-old was in a light-hearted mood and suggested that he makes some pretty awesome choices. He suggested that the fan take a look at his interior design skills. He took time to reply to another user with the ‘annoyed’ emoji, “lol I get it.”

Another user asked the top-ranked pound-for-pound fighter a relevant question in the age of social media. 

‘Bones’ was equally up to the task. His reply gave us a glimpse as to how he overcomes adversity and remains successful.

Jon Jones is not of the title despite his latest brush with the law. He is on supervised probation and will be allowed to fight. ‘Bones’ last competed in the Octagon at UFC 247. He retained the UFC Lightweight Championship with a win over Dominick Reyes. Fans are divided over this as they feel Reyes had done enough to hand Bones his first non-disqualification loss in the company.

The UFC Lightweight Champion’s probation may see him unable to make it Dana White’s Fight Island. However, like all the other fighters he continues to train and stay ready.
