The 23-time Grand Slam winner, Serena Williams, recently expressed her love for gaming via her Instagram account. Serena posted a picture of herself enjoying a game on a Nintendo Switch. The American player was busy building ‘vacation homes’ for characters in the game, Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

The 40-year-old posted the picture along with a caption that read, “Anyone else busy making dream vacation homes for some of their favorite characters now that Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Happy Home Paradise DLC is available?? I seriously can’t stop!”

Serena Williams has revealed her love for gaming 

Over the years, Serena has shown her gaming side to her fans. Whenever she travels, she carries her Nintendo Switch along with her, famously playing the ‘Marrio Tennis Aces’ on the console. After that, she decided to skip the final Grand Slam event of the season, the US Open.

Serena was most recently seen during the screening of the movie King Richard, based on the life of her father, Richard Williams.

We hope that she recovers as soon as possible and to see her compete again at the highest level. She will grab all the attention when she steps on the courts again. Serena has confirmed her presence at the Australian Open 2022 and will be looking to grab her 24th Grand Slam title there.
