The Australian cricket team head into the World Cup 2019 as the defending champions. They also hold the record for the most World Cups won, with 5 under their belt.

Owing to their success on the big stage, Australia will be one of the favourites. The World Cup 2019 timetable for Australia, sees them kick-start their campaign against Afghanistan.

So far, the team have been very strong, however, they still have a few issues like injury, For example, Khye Richardson was forced to pull out due to a shoulder injury. Finally, Australia will lock horns with South Africa in their last round-robin game on the 6th of July.
