American tennis star Serena Williams has been the face of the sport for ages. During this duration, she has contributed immensely to tennis. After all these years of dominance, the veteran still continues to have the same hunger she had when she was just emerging on the scene.

Recently, Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian and daughter Olympia were seen engaging in some banter. The father and daughter duo were seen bonding over taking care of their pet tiger. After Alexis threw a tantrum, Olympia was quick to snap back and eventually got her father to do the right thing.

The conversation between the father and daughter duo resulted as:

Alexis Ohanian: So what do I need to do to make my tiger cub feel better?

Olympia Ohanian: You have to do it all this.

Alexis Ohanian: All of this? Really? Can I leave my tiger cub with you?

Alexis Ohanian: You’re the veterinarian and I’m just the owner. I got the pet during Covid and I felt I can handle it and now I’m having second thoughts.

Alexis Ohanian: Actually you know I’m sorry. Let me tell whiskers, I’ll be a better pet owner.

Serena began her season in Melbourne but lost in the semifinal to eventual champion Naomi Osaka. After that, she took a brief break from the Tour and made a return during the clay season in Rome.

However, she was unable to impress with her performances on the surface and, as a result, did not make it deep into the French Open. After that, prior to the Wimbledon Championships, Williams did not play any warm-up event.

Later at the All England Club, she suffered an opening-round exit as she ended up twisting her ankle during the first set of the match. She has decided to skip the US Open this season. We hope to see her competing on the circuit soon once again.
