Novak Djokovic and Cristiano Ronaldo broke the internet in December when they were seen training together in the gym in a viral video.

Djokovic and Ronaldo might probably rank in the five fittest athletes of the world. However, what developed the interest of the fans was not just the fact that two beasts were training together.

Ronaldo was seen teaching the Serbian star his famous jump. The Portuguese legend pulled off an 8 feet 5-inch jump in a Serie A match against Sampdoria. He hung in the air for 1.5 seconds before connecting with Alexis Sandro’s cross to head the ball. Novak got the opportunity to learn the jump from the master of athleticism!

Now, Novak has revealed whether he learned anything from Cristiano about jumping.

What did Novak Djokovic say?

Novak had some interesting statements about his famous jump with Cristiano –

“Obviously, I’m still a beginner with the Ronaldo jump. He promised he will still teach me how to do it properly. I don’t need that kind of jump for tennis so much”

Novak Djokovic might still be a beginner with the Ronaldo jump, but he is pretty much an ace when it comes to playing tennis. The Serb has completely decimated his competition in the recent past. In fact, he ran through the Dubai Tennis Championships, except a slight blemish in the semi-finals against Gael Monfils.
