Colby Covington played an extensive role during the fight week at Jacksonville, Florida. Of course, he had nothing to do with the official UFC business, but he played his role where he had to.
As part of a deal with his sponsors, “mybookie.ag“, he made various predictions regarding the fights. Here’s how he described the process in an interview with MMA Fighting.

“I did pretty well. I definitely made some money. Not all the picks that I publicized and put out there on social media won every bet. But hey, I’m not supposed to be the best picker in the world. I’m the best fighter in the world! So, sorry, I’m trying to be the best at multiple things in the world. But betting is unpredictable. Anything can happen. So, I just wanna apologize to the people that steered wrong and didn’t give the right answer to. And, you know, anything can happen in a fight. It’s as real as it gets. It’s okay, cause we’re gonna get some Trump bucks too and Trump’s gonna send us out some stimulus check and we’re all gonna be gravy.”

“I’ll be honest. I didn’t pay any attention to the events, I just had no interest in them. None of the fighters excited me enough to watch the fights. Of course, I’m gonna make some predictions for the website that I’m sponsored by.”
With fights like Gaethje vs. Ferguson and the return of Fabricio Werdum and Alistair Overeem, which made Jacksonville a historic UFC event, it is hard to believe that any MMA Fan would miss it.
