Battlefield 2042 seems to be getting more popular as the game reaches closer to its October release date. The latest iteration of the DICE franchise has excited a lot of fans including Warzone afficionado and streamer Dr Disrespect. He has raved a lot about the new title while reacting to the recent trailers for it.

During the recently concluded EA Live Play 2021 event, the developers showcased more about the game including the franchise’s latest addition in the Portal mode. The community-based sandbox mode should add a lot of thrilling experiences for fans to enjoy and it seems like Dr Disrespect is a huge fan of it.

Dr Disrespect excited about the Portal mode in Battlefield 2042

Recently, Dr Disrespect reacted to the new reveal trailer for the Portal mode. The developers revealed some of the details about the mode during EA Play Live 2021. Along with that, he also watched a video of popular YouTuber jackfrags breaking down some of its features. After watching both the videos, he revealed his excitement for the game’s release, especially for the Portal mode.

“I wasn’t expecting something like that. That’s good. I’m up for it. I’m down.”

Doc also stated that Battlefield 2042 will also be in Game of the Year contention. He mentioned that fans will definitely will have this game in mind if it has a smooth rollout with no major bugs and issues at launch. Other than that, Doc also noted that fans will definitely vote for it if they enjoy it a lot. Additionally, he mentioned that the game should release a Battle Royale mode early next year as Doc has always said that he wanted the developers to add it into this title.
