India Bike Week takes place from November 24-25, 2017, and will bring about 20,000 bikers throughout the country to Goa for two days’ worth of riding, games, networking, and other events and activities. Some call IBW a “bike rave,” but nobody can deny with all that there is do, it’s one of the biggest biker gatherings not just in India, but throughout Asia and the rest of the world. The event takes place across a 10-acre space that hosts events and activities, such as a bikini bike wash, beer garden, track racing and live music. Additionally, biking’s biggest names in design and manufacturing will be on hand with all the latest offerings for bikers. In fact, IBW is broken up into three zones: the Arena, Bike Builders’ Collective and the Big Trip. Between the zones, the grounds are packed full of activities as well.

So why does India Bike Week include the term “week” in the name if it lasts for just two days? It’s largely because the bikers themselves begin festivities up to a week before the actual two days of the event occur. The IBW celebrations officially kick off when bikers hop on their hogs and make the trek to Goa. Some say IBW extends well beyond the two days it is planned for as well, as many bikers hang out in Goa to enjoy the city and continue the celebrations associated with India’s biggest biking event.
