When will Michael Chandler move on?
According to Josh Thompson, a former UFC fighter, asserts that it is inevitable for Chandler to move on at some point. In addition, he claims that Chandler would supposedly only wait until International Fight Week, which is either in June or July and post that, he will conform to fight someone else apart from the Irishman.

On his own podcast, Thompson voiced, “I think he waits till international fight week then after that he passes. Let’s be honest, Michael Chandler, needed some time off, he’s got a chance to enjoy his life, and he’s got two young kids.”

From the aforementioned comments, it appears that there just might be an underlying premise of this bout not taking place. In the last few months, McGregor has vehemently and explicitly expressed his interest in a comeback against Chandler. However, many people do not buy it, including the UFC, Dana White himself.
