Is Dr Disrespect Still Considering Legal Action Against Twitch?

It’s been almost 20 days since we last heard from Dr Disrespect. The cryptic ‘Alleyways’ video was all that he left us with before vanishing again. That was a curious announcement, which didn’t point towards any particular direction. So what do we know so far? Well, we know he’s back and that he has a huge announcement coming our way. What we don’t know is why he was banned from Twitch and is he still considering taking legal action against them?
The news surfaced when Doc finally decided to break his silence and did a couple of exclusive interviews. In one of those with PC Gamer, he answered a question about taking legal action.
Question: So are you able to confirm that legal action is taking place? You are taking legal action against Twitch?

“We are considering taking legal action.”
This was almost 20 days ago and honestly, he didn’t sound very enthusiastic about this particular question. Twitch has had a history of banning people and not letting them know the reason. So while some people may say that Doc should consider taking legal action here, it also wouldn’t amount to that much. That’s just how Twitch rolls.
Doc is rumored to be working on a TV show with Skybound. While the nature and details for the same are not clear yet, it could be a huge deal for him. We recently found out that Ninja has his eyes set on Hollywood. With Doc probably working on something similar, it could mean great news for the fans.

Dr Disrespect still considering a lawsuit?

From what his interviews suggested, Dr Disrespect is really planning something big for his return. He even quoted it as ‘Doc 3.0’ in his interview. Given his track record, this is bound to blow up and will possibly even break viewership records, depending on the platform he chooses. So does it still make sense for him to sue Twitch?
Reports suggested that this particular ban was pretty serious. Even though Doc claims he doesn’t know the reason behind it, it seems a little off. He was called ‘the face of Twitch’ at one point in time and it begs the question, why would a company do this to one of its best assets? Obviously, there is a lot that we don’t know here and we may never know it as well. But a lawsuit against Twitch at this point seems highly unlikely.
