Sam Sulek talks about the basic rule for gaining muscle?
The Gen Z fitness enthusiast captioned the YT short as ?How to gain muscle as a beginner,? which talks about the right amount of protein intake for a person. Sam Sulek kicks off the video by saying, ?One thing that kind of concerns me just in general, early guys, they will tell me they had a really high protein breakfast and it was just three eggs.? Here, he sarcastically indicated that this intake was nowhere near enough.
Moreover, he added, ?I mean 18 grams of protein in a meal. How many are you having in a day? Three? That doesn?t really add up.? Hence, according to Sulek, this isn?t the right amount of protein, and the intake is on the very high end, which is ultimately not good for the health of an average person. Then, he goes on to explain the pretty basic rule if one person is trying to gain muscle.

Greg Doucette’s reaction to Sulek’s meal intake?
Greg Doucette reacted to one of Sam Sulek’s training videos, which mentions his poor dietary choices. Doucette stated, “He recently released his shocking full day of eating we essentially just ate Cinnamon Toast Crunch, two liters of chocolate milk, two liters of milk! Burgers, fries, donuts, and nothing but junk.? According to Doucette, despite the fact that chocolate milk contains 70 grams of sugar, carbs, and protein, his dietary choice is very unhealthy.
