Daniel Cormier has voiced his opinion on Ronda Rousey’s recent comments. He says it’s an excellent tactic on part of the former UFC woman’s Champ.

Ronda Rousey recently made a lot of shocking comments on Steve-O’s podcast. She spoke about how WWE was fake wrestling. She also took a dig at the fans. And said she shouldn’t have to leave her family and fly out just to be booed by the fans. She said it wasn’t worth the effort and missed family time. She also took to Twitter to continue her rant.

Rousey received a major backlash for her comments. The fans went after her and all that she said.

Daniel Cormier sees what everyone else is missing out

When Daniel Cormier was on Ariel Helwani’s show, Ronda Rousey’s stunt came up. Daniel Cormier had a different view when compared to that of the fans. Cormier has a background of pro wrestling like the WWE and also a UFC fighter similar to Ronda Rousey. And he said he sees through her tactics.

Cormier speaks about the fan’s perspective and said, “This is where WWE fans are different. They want to root for you because you’re the bad guy. They will elevate somebody to the point where they’re the best. And the moment the company decides you’re their person, they turn on you.”

Cormier said Ronda Rousey is using the heel tactic to get back on the good side with the fans. He said,” I think Ronda saw what happened to her. Ronda was all cheers and for no reason all of a sudden they’re booing at her. So now she’s capitalizing on that. Ronda is like ‘oh! I’ll be the bad guy when I do come back and you’re really gonna hate me’ That’s what I think is happening right now. And Ronda is brilliant! It’s a genius! It’s the oldest trick in the game, and she did it to perfection.”

Daniel Cormier said he sees what the others overlook. He said even Ariel Helwani has fallen into Ronda Rousey’s trap. And she will come back and climb her way up the WWE roster once again. And this is all just a setup.
