Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn has revealed very exciting news for fight fans.Hearn confirmed that a deal has been agreed in principle between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury. A 2-fight deal has been agreed between the two heavyweight titans, for early next year. The only stipulation for the fight is that both of them get through their respective challengers. Fury is set to face Wilder in the trilogy bout, while Joshua will face his mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev.

“The structure of the deal is approved”- Eddie Hearn

“The plan moving forward the big fight everybody is talking about is Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury and we’re making great progress. There’s still a lot to overcome we’re looking at venues as well and dates. We have the Dillian whyte mandatory before that as well. It’s fair to say both fights are in agreement regarding financial terms for that fight. we’ve been talking to MTK to get over the line. We’ve given them assurances from Anthony Joshua’s side that the structure of the deal is approved from our side. And it’s approved by Tyson Fury as well. It’s fair to say in principle both guys have agreed to that fight”. Said Eddie Hearn

A unification bout between the two heavyweight titans, will be the biggest fight in division. Fury has maintained his undefeated record and will look to unify his titles against Anthony Joshua. ‘The Gypsy King’ took to twitter to confirm the news.

“Hello there, I’m just getting off the phone with Daniel Kinahan. He’s just informed me the biggest fight in British boxing history has been agreed. Get in there my boy. Big shout out to Dan, he got this deal literally over the line. It’s a two-fight deal, Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua next year. One problem, I’ve got to smash Deontay Wilder’s face right in in the next fight, then we’re going to the Joshua fight next year. The Gypsy King vs AJ is on for next year, but there’s a hurdle in the road called the Bronze Bomber. The knockout king, I will get on to him and knock him spark out. Then we will get on to the big fight.” Said Fury on twitter
