Exercises in the pool allow the muscles a full workout but in a much more subtle way than a hard surface. The first exercise was for the shin, known as the Water Knee Drive. The second one was called Explosive Water Jumps and the third one, High Knees. The 4th and last one is; Water Sprint Bounding.
