The tweet’s reference to the legendary Spartan warriors and his fearless call to face any challenge head-on is undoubtedly an indication of Blachowicz’s determination and readiness to take on Pereira in the Octagon. 

Middleweight champ Israel Adesanya weighs in

You’ll be surprised to know that Israel Adesanya seems to be rooting for his arch-nemesis ahead of the bout. In a recent FREESTYLEBENDER episode, the Middleweight champ shared his take on the upcoming UFC 291 fight between the duo. Despite having lost fights to both fighters in the past, Adesanya displayed genuine excitement and respect for the match.

Moreover, regarding Pereira’s readiness for the bout, Adesanya humbly stated, “I can’t say, if I – I’m not his f*****g psychic. I don’t know – we’re gonna find out. Only he[Pereira] knows – he knows the answer. And he wouldn’t take this fight if he wasn’t ready.”
