“Joe Rogan Has This Gravitational Pull”-Daniel Cormier

Daniel Cormier and Ariel Helwani are back. And this time, they’ve got a funny snippet for us.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, UFC 250 was organized keeping in mind all safety precautions. Social distancing, no gathering of people, and proper sanitization. But did Daniel Cormier follow all these set guidelines? Helwani questions him.

So when the duo sat down to discuss UFC 250, Helwani brought this up. Apparently, Cormier was unable to keep his hands to himself, especially around Joe Rogan. And he had quit the funny explanation for this.

Explaining himself to Ariel Helwani, Cormier said, “Okay so, have you ever been around Rogan? It’s hard not to touch him! Rogan is a cool guy, so when he’s there you get excited.”

However, Cormier also pointed a finger at Rogan. He said, “Rogan was shaking everyone’s hand. Rogan shook so many hands. Every time Rogan walks past me I’m handing him alcohol wipes. If you’re around Joe Rogan he has this gravitational pull, and you just want to touch him and be his friend. It’s crazy!”

Daniel Cormier also goes to explain what is it about Rogan that people like so much. What is it that makes him larger than life?

Daniel Cormier said, ”Joe Rogan is the guy from Fear Factor! I didn’t think I’d be next to him. But he’s my buddy now. When I first met him I was like ‘Oh the guy from Fear Factor’ but then I started liking him. He’s a big deal. Joe Rogan’s podcast is the biggest thing in the world. And I have an open invitation but I haven’t found the time as yet. People have been asking for it, so when I go it’s going to be a good one.”
