The UFC commentator is pretty disciplined when it comes to working out. However, that doesn’t mean he is always a hundred percent willing to push his body to the limit. Just like all of us, even Joe has his moments, where he wants to lay back and have a coffee instead of hitting the gym.
However, what separates him from the masses is that, more often than not, he finds his reasons to work out. In his latest social media post, Rogan shared his experience of how he overcame procrastination and worked out.

“My inner b**ch put up a hell of a fight today. All sorts of convincing arguments about enjoying the morning and just drinking coffee and relaxing instead of doing the workout that I planned. I got right to the edge of blowing it off, but as always, once I got after it and got the blood flowing I’m so happy I did.
“It’s amazing how procrastination and laziness can sneak up on you some days, and how much like inspiration, it’s got weak days and strong days. I think the key is to never give yourself that option. Ever. Today was close, though, but ultimately I got it in, and I feel so good because I did. #conqueryourinnerbitch,” Rogan wrote on Instagram.

“If you can get one thing, one piece of equipment that I think you need, get a chin-up bar. One kettlebell, one chin-up bar, you’ve replaced your gym. Every day you can get a fucking ferocious workout in a number of different ways,” Joe Rogan had said.
Rogan’s dedication towards everything that he does is one of the biggest reasons for his popularity among the masses. It is because of his work ethic that almost millions tune in to listen to his podcast.
