According to NBA insider Sham Charania, the 3-time All-Star has been suspended for Philly’s season opener against the Pelicans for conduct detrimental to the team and the organization.

In a recent tweet, Woj revealed that head coach Doc Rivers reportedly threw out Simmons of the practice session held today.
